RTS 28 Disclosure

Per MiFID II, on an annual basis, Singer Capital Markets Securities Limited (“Singer Capital Markets”) provides information regarding the venues which Singer Capital Markets has used to execute client orders, in line with the firm’s Order Execution Policy.

Set out below are the qualitative and quantitative reports required to be provided under Article 3(3) of RTS 28, as transcribed into UK law on 1 January 2021 through COBS 11 Annex 1.This provides a summary of the analysis and conclusions based upon Singer Capital Markets’ monitoring of the quality of execution obtained on the execution venues executed on behalf of clients.
