Our People
Singer Capital Markets is a privately-owned company which employs like-minded, motivated, enthusiastic and professional people. There are two central tenets that bind our business together – partnerships and people. The partnerships aspect of our culture allows our people to work more closely together as one team, alongside an equity structure that allows our people to think and act like business-owners in an entrepreneurial environment. These two central tenets are what sets our business apart as a forward-thinking, progressive and dynamic firm.
Success starts with great people
At Singers we believe that success starts with great people, and only by looking after those people, do we get the best results. As a business we like to be progressive, but that’s not for the sake of being progressive. We want to think about how our people’s lives will change and how the workplace will change, and our role in supporting our people at all stages of their lives to allow them to thrive whilst working at Singer.
