On Tuesday 29th January 2019, Singer Capital Markets attended ELITE Scotland’s Market Open Ceremony and Scottish Investment Seminar with the Rt Hon Nicola Sturgeon MSP, First Minister of Scotland, at the London Stock Exchange. 

The event, which was hosted by David Schwimmer, CEO of the London Stock Exchange Group, formally launched ELITE Scotland, which is the London Stock Exchange Group’s capital raising and business support initiative for high growth private businesses. The Market Open Ceremony was followed by the First Minister’s keynote speech and an Investment Showase organised by Scottish Enterprise’s investment arm, the Scottish Investment Bank.

The Investment Showcase profiled a selection of the most successful Scottish high growth businesses as well as gathering some key investors and advisers that shared their insights on the investment market, and Scotland as an investment and business destination.
