Hipgnosis Songs Fund Capital Markets Day 2019

On Tuesday 10th September 2019, Singer Capital Markets were delighted to host the Hipgnosis Songs Fund Capital Markets Day at The Ned in the City of London.

The day welcomed over 90 institutional investors, and included presentations from: Merck Mercuriadis, Founder of The Family (Music) Limited and Hipgnosis, the Company’s Independent Valuer, Massarsky Consulting Inc, and representatives from the Investment Advisor’s Advisory Board including Nile Rodgers, David A. Stewart, Giorgio Tuinfort and William Leibowitz.

Since the Company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Specialist Fund Segment of the Main Market in July last year, Hipgnosis have raised proceeds of c.£400 million, including a Placing raising £141.5 million in April 2019 and most recently another Placing in August 2019 raising £51.1 million.
